We find problems before they happen. The whole point of annual services is to keep everyone safe. We have a 50 point inspection that covers all the basis and we supply certificates of completion to every resident for peace of mind
Semi Annual Options For Ultimate Safety
Some buildings still have pilot lights that don't turn off. This can waste gas and have unnecessary risks to the health and safety of your residents. For buildings like this we have a special 2 x per year program where we turn the units off in the spring and restart before the fall.
Replacements Made Easy
As buildings age we need to replace units. We have options to minimize and sometimes even eliminate the work on the exterior of the building, work within strata guidelines and get you the most effective and efficient upgrades possible. We also have premium pricing for replacement for the buildings we service annually so your residents get extra special deals!
